Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders over $180 CAD will receive free shipping.

Shipping Details

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Get Your Lashes Done is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to sign for the package, failure to retrieve the package from your local postal/courier office, or refusal of packages, we will refund the original order minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping fee. A new shipping fee will apply to have the order reshipped. Get Your Lashes Done is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Local Pick Up/Drop off

Orders that have been requested for customer pick up or drop off will be available for pick up or dropped off the next business day unless otherwise notified.
